Jack Hoshino is the President and Chief Executive Officer at Avantec Vascular.

Jack joined the Goodman Group in May 2002 as the Executive Vice President of Intella Interventional. Jack brings over 25 years of experience in executive management in high-tech industries including medical, telecommuni-cations, semiconductor and defense and has held various senior positions within the Goodman Group. Upon the merger of Intella and Avantec, he became the Chief Operating Officer of Goodman USA. He established the European regional headquarters for the Goodman Group in 2004, where he continues to serve as the CEO and Managing Director. Since January 2012, Jack was the Chief Operating Officer of Avantec prior to becoming CEO in April 2013. 

He earned his Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from University of California, Santa Barbara.

John To is the Chief Technology Officer at Avantec Vascular.

John joined Avantec in August of 2019. John brings over 18 years of executive management experience in medical device. John has founded and managed multiple companies with multiple successful exits in vascular and orthopedic fields including Atheromed and Ouroboros Medical. John has over hundreds of patents worldwide and served as the lead inventor for foundational technologies of over 7 companies.

He earned his Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from University of California, Berkeley and Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from University of California, Davis. 

Paul Escudero is the Vice President of Research and development at Avantec Vascular.

Paul joined Avantec in October of 2020. He brings 23 years of med-device experience in design and development and manufacturing of medical devices ranging from permanent implants to disposable interventional devices. 

He earned his Bachelor of Science in Manufacturing Engineering from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo CA and Master’s in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix, San Jose CA.
